How does the delivery of classes take place? MODIFIED FAQ
All cross-curricular subjects (common to all candidates) and the subject ABILITATED TFA (support)/NOT ABILITATED TFA (support) are conducted in the zoom classroom which is accessed via PERSONALIZED link sent via email from the following address: no-reply-zoomevents@zoom.us.
Instead, the 3 CFU subject specific to the competition class (disciplinary subject) will be delivered via teleskill webinar. In this case, candidates will not receive a link, but at the scheduled dates for this subject they will have to access the lecture by entering their reserved area of the ecampus website. There will be no uploading of lecture material to the University platform, nor any set of questions, which would be of no use given the manner of the final exam. -
How do I access classes delivered in the zoom classroom?
Please note that the links are nominal and cannot be forwarded to other people who would not be tracked by the platform. -
What is the biometric recognition? NEW FAQ
In order to access the 3 CFU subject specific class webinars, it is mandatory to perform biometric recognition from the candidate's reserved area of the ecampus portal, “percorsi abilitanti docenti” section. The recognition only needs to be done once and remains valid for all classes. -
What equipment is needed to attend classes online?
You can access the virtual classroom with a PC (Windows, Mac) with a stable connection (preferably with fiber); connecting to the virtual classroom via hotspot of the cell phone.
You can connect with any Pc/Mac connected to the internet and equipped with a headset/sound speaker. -
How will the cross-curricular and disciplinary subject calendar be structured?
For cross-curricular subjects, all students attend classes in one group, divided naturally by weekend or weekly formula. Thereafter, candidates will be divided for disciplinary subjects according to the competition class chosen at the time of registration and will participate in the classes scheduled for each individual competition class. -
How can I calculate the percentage of absences?
Attendance is compulsory and is set by the DPCM in at least 70 percent of each activity.
Generic example: a 5 cfu subject corresponds to 30 hours of lecture; therefore, it will be necessary to be present for at least 21 hours and absent for a maximum of 9 hours.
This frequency is monitored through two parameters:- Link, associated with the platform login email, and tracked by the same platform through a specific report.
- Reply the to pop up, necessary to verify the candidate's presence in front of the monitor.
It is worth pointing out that the actual lesson duration and the resulting duration in minutes is variable; therefore, the percentage calculation is done based on the ratio of actual lesson duration to actual connection of the candidate.
For example: theoretical duration of the lesson 300 minutes (5 hours) - actual duration of the lesson 280 minutes; candidate's connection duration 260 minutes = 93% attendance percentage (actual connection/actual duration, without considering the impact of pop-ups). Obviously, attendance will be calculated over the entire cycle of that lesson (30 hours).
INCIDENCE OF CANDIDATE FREQUENCY DETECTION PARAMETERS: 80% ACTUAL MINUTES OF CONNECTION - 20% POP UP.
The monitoring pop ups will appear ONLY during the frontal lessons and NEVER in breaks or during exercises proposed by teachers and remain present on the monitor for 5 minutes. At the end of each lecture cycle of the same activity/subject, the univ will notify ONLY those students who have failed to achieve 70% attendance of the same as per ministerial guidance.
-
Is it possible to make up for classes?
For all those who, while attending, have not reached 70 percent attendance for a variety of reasons, the University will schedule a single remedial session for each of the cross-curricular subjects.
Remedial lessons are not guaranteed for the disciplinary subjects..
Candidates who are notified that the minimum attendance has not been reached can access a remedial calendar that provides for the conduct of a maximum of 5 hours of classes for each cross-curricular subject.
Calendars may be subject to change for organizational, educational reasons or any ministerial updates. -
Can I speak with the professor during the course of lessons?
No. The professor will carry out the lecture and may propose to the candidates the conduct of exercises or practical tests to be carried out individually; the professor at the end of the individual exercise, will simulate the exercise with the course deemed most suitable. It should be noted that the exercises proposed by the lecturers during the course of the lectures are proposed and are not compulsory; nevertheless, their conduct is recommended, as they prepare for the final examination tests. -
How can I access the padlet (an online platform that allows creating and sharing virtual whiteboards with different file formats) to view the teaching materials proposed by the Lecturer?
On resources of the ZOOM platform in the Documents section I will find a link or a QR code associated with one or more Lecturers, through which it will be possible to view the Lecturer's proposed educational content (presentations, videos, etc.) also related to previous lectures. -
From whom should I request the attendance slip to be submitted to the employer?
After class I can send emails to giustificativi.30art13@uniecampus.it -
I have lost the eCampus portal username
The credential retrieval system of the ecampus portal allows, by entering social security number and the same email address entered during registration, to retrieve both user and password. -
What happens if I do not reach the minimum percentage of attendance, and I cannot take the final exam?
I will be able to re-register for the next edition by taking advantage of the 50% reduction in the amount of fees. I will attend all classes from the beginning of the course, and upon reaching 70% attendance, I will be able to take the final exam. -

How is the final examination conducted?
The final test of the university and academic path consists of a written test and a simulated lecture, which ascertain the acquisition of the professional skills of the profile.- The written test consists in an innovative instructional design intervention, including multimedia digital technologies, inherent to the subject or disciplines of the competition class for which the qualification is obtained. The candidate will be asked to design an Instructional Action (AD), which constitutes part of a Unit of Learning (UDA), on the basis of an outline containing information with respect to the grade of school (secondary or upper secondary), the reference part of the curriculum (discipline and year) and the disciplinary and transversal competencies of reference.
- The simulated lesson, on a theme proposed by the committee with an advance of forty-eight hours, is also designed using multimedia digital technologies, is developed with innovative didactics and is accompanied by the illustration of the content, teaching and methodological choices made with reference to the initial training course related to the specific competition class.
- The jury for the final examination consists of two professors from the university or lecturers from AFAM institutions who belong to the teaching council, one of whom serves as chairman, as well as a member designated by the USR and an external member who is an expert in training in the subjects related to the qualifying path.
- The jury awards up to a maximum of ten points to the written test and ten points to the simulated lecture. The final test is considered passed if the candidate achieves a score of at least 7/10 in the written test, and 7/10 in the simulated lesson.
- The written test and the oral test are likely to be held on the same day; each candidate will receive the call with all directions well in advance.
