          INFORMATION ON PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA - ART. 13 D.LGS 30 JUNE 2003 N°.196.

            Pursuant to Art. Of the D.Lgs. 196/2003 (Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali – REGULATION), the telematic university e-Campus (e-Campus) domiciled in via  Isimbardi n. 10, 22060 Novedrate (CO), Italia, VAT registration number 90027520130, in its capacity as owner shall be required to provide for the users the following information.

            The data marked with * (asterisk) are deemed indispensable for the registration to the uniecampus.it domain.
            I.B) The IP number and the type of browser used for the connection to the uniecampus.it domain (non-identifying data) are also subject to data processing, automatically registered by protective and control devices, and used exclusively for the purpose of verifying the network traffic.
            I.C) Cookies
            The cookies are text files containing minimum information sent to the browser and archived on the user's computer, every time that the website is visited. At every connection the cookies send the information to the site. 
            Profiling cookies shall not be used. The site uses technical "third-party" cookies.
            a. Technical cookies
            Two categories of cookies are distinguished, on the basis of their features and use.
                1.Strictly necessary cookies (session cookies). Indispensable for the proper functioning of the website.
            Their disablement could compromise the use of the website.
                2.Analysis and performance cookies (analytics). Cookies used in order to collect and analyse anonymously, the traffic and the use of the site by allowing, for example, to detect whether the same user connects to the site at different times. In addition, they allow the monitoring of the system and they improve its performances and applications.
            The disablement of said cookies shall be implemented without any loss of function.
            b. Third party cookies
            During the visit of a website the user might receive cookies managed by entities different than those managing the visited website (third parties cookies). The management of the information gathered by the "third parties" is enstablished by pertinent regulations.
            The third party cookies allow the third parties to obtain complete surveys and statistics on the user's exploration habits. The disablement of said cookies shall be implemented without any loss of function.

            II - PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

                1.consulting this domain;
                2.managing the relationship with e-Campus: in particular, for the purpose of planning and providing the formative activities;
                3.instrumental purposes strictly connected to the management of said relationship (ex. gathering information for the registration and enrolment to the degree courses, executing the requested operations and the administrative management throughout the entire period of the formative path);
                4.purposes connected to legal obligations and and to instruction provided by the authorities and the supervisory organs; 
                5.or the communication of commercial information and for the forwarding of promotional information on goods and services, also with automated modalities, 
by              telephone, SMS, MMS, fax, mail, email and email applications, by virtue of the express consent;
                6.purpose of analisys of the information detained with purposes of statistic relevation;
                7.fulfilling the obligations required by the law, by a regulation, or by a community legislation;

            III - MODALITIES OF DATA PROCESSING

            III.A) In relation to the aforementioned data provided through the compilation of the forms available in the Data collection points within the domain, will be object of computer processing and elaborated by specific informatic procedures.
            III.B) The data processing will occur so as to guarantee logical and physical security and privacy and shall be accomplished through the use of manual or technologic and telematic instruments, suitable for memorizing, transmitting and sharing the data.
            III.C) The rationale for data processing shall be related strictly to the aforementioned purposes, in particular to the user's data, subjectable to the processing provided for by article 4 letter a) of the REGULATION shall be memorized and/or processed through specific computerised procedures:
                - by the working units responsible for the management of the aforementioned activities or authorised to carry out the activities necessary for the maintenance and/or execution and/or conclusion of the relationship initiated by the user;
                - by a natural or legal person which on the basis of the contract with e-Campus, provide specific processing services or carry out the related activities,  instrumental or supportive to the e-Campus activities;

            IV - COMMUNICATION OF THE DATA

            The user's data shall and will be transmitted to the banks and/or credit institution in charge of the regulation of the payments in accordance with the agreed modalities; insurance companies for the enstablishment of eventual compensation practices; entities or organisms authorised for the carrying out of the obbligations within the limits of of the  legal standards; co-owner societies (Studium Srl, Accademia del Lusso Milano Srl, Scuola Radio Elettra Srl, Associazione dopo il diploma); natural and legal persons which, on the basis of a contract with e-Campus, provide specific elaborative services or carry out carry out connected Instrumental Activities to support the e-Campus activities. In accordance with the D.M. 20/09/11  -Circolare Interministeriale del 04/08/11-  the University will transmit to the Ministry of Labour the curricula vitae of all the users, for the publication in the ministerial portal ClicLavoro, in the absence of specific denial of the user and  in the manner laid down by the Art. 7 of the D.Lgs. 196/2003 and to be sent to the address privacy@uniecampus.it. The information is valid for the e-Campus domain and not for the websites eventually consulted by the user via link. The presence of the information shall ensure the user to be within the e-Campus domain.

            V. MANDATORY AND ELECTIVE NATURE OF THE DATA TRANSMISSION 

            Data transmission is not mandatory, but it appears to be indispensable for the correct compliance of the contractual and precontractual obbligations, and in general for the execution of all the requested fulfilments of the legal requirements. The eventual refusal to provide the consent to the user's personal data, or to provide the consent to their processing and to the communication to the subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories, may entail the difficulty in the execution of the contractual relationships eventually existing between the user and eCampus, as well as the fruition of the services related to the latter.

            VI. RIGHTS OF THE USER

            We inform the user that the articles 7, 8, 9, 10 of the REGULATION provides for specific rights reserved to the users.
            In particular, the user can obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data and of their communication in in an intelligible form. The user shall ask for the data origin, as well as the logic and purpose on which the processing is based; shall obtain - when permitted by the law - the cancellation, the anonimous transformation and the block of the data processed in violation of the law; as well as the update, the rectification or, if concerned, the integration of the data. The user shall eventually oppose for legitimate reasons to the processing of data.

            VII. ACCESS AND FEEDBACK - SUSPENSION OF THE CONSENT

            If the user wishes to excercise any of the recognized rights the shall email the following address privacy@uniecampus.it or send a fax to the following number 031 794250, accompanied by a copy of the user's identity document and with the following text: <<revoca del="" consenso="" al="" trattamento="" di="" tutti="" i="" miei="" dati="" personali="">>. Otherwise - with the same modalities - they shall write a registered mail to the following address: Università Telematica e-Campus via  Isimbardi n. 10, 22060 Novedrate (CO),  Italia.
            Before e-Campus shall provide any information, it may be necessary a verification of the user's identity, and the user may be required to answer to some simple questions. An answer to the application will follow soon after.

            VIII - LEGAL OWNER
