Description: Anica (Associazione Nazionale Industrie Cinematografiche Audiovisive e Multimediali) offers a valuable archive of Italian cinema. The section devoted to silent films includes all films made before 1914, and feature films produced from 1915 to 1931; the section devoted to sound films covers all films produced and distributed from 1930 to 1995. In addition, a database on Italian production from 2006 to 2009 on films, producers, distributors and directors can be consulted.
