OBJECTIVES
 

The purpose of the Master is to provide theoretical and methodological knowledge, required for complex management systems.

The learning objectives of the master are to provide knowledge:
 

• on organizational design, including forms of work organisation, roles and competencies required to achieve institutional objectives, defining the individual - organization relationship;

• on the processes of management of Human Resources such as selection, training, evaluation, compensation development of a career

• on the main notions of labour regulations, labour relations and personnel administration;

• on the development of a social vision of labour, labour policies, and the management of diversities;

• on the use of managerial techniques such as team building, assessment methodologies, problem solving, decision making.

 

TARGET STUDENTS

The aim of the Master is to train professionals in the field of management and development of Human Resources, providing the necessary managerial knowledge and competencies for the comprehension and management of individual and group dynamics and, more in general, for the introduction in the HR are of businesses and organization, of Public Administrations, non-profit organizations, and research and consulting companies.

 

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's, Master's or Specialist Degree attained according to the current educational system or the educatial system previous to D. M. 509/99.

 

DURATION AND STRUCTURE The master has annual duration, for a total of 1.500 hours. The teaching modality is full online on the official platform of the university, accessible 24 hours a day.

In order to attain the title, the candidates must pass all the exams provided in the educational offer. The final test consists in the discussion of a final dissertation in the presence of a commission.
