During university activities held at the Novedrate branch, students may request to stay overnight on campus.

Reservations are mandatory and must be carried out by sending an email request in advance to the following address: residence.novedrate@uniecampus.it who will respond based on room availability for the requested period.

We recommend that you DO NOT make payment until your booking has been confirmed by residence.novedrate@uniecampus.it who will confirm the availability and rates for the requested room so that you can make the bank transfer, sending you instructions on how to do so.

It is essential to send a copy of the bank transfer by email before arrival.

Important:

• In the transfer description, please specify the student's name, regardless of whether it is the same person making the transferand the reason for the application (example: exam/master/laboratory/degree, etc.)..)
• Before making the transfer, we recommend that you check with the booking office to confirm the type of room and/or dates of your reservation.
