Barbara Marchetti, coordinator of the Industrial Engineering degree program at eCampus University, is participating for the second year in a row as a speaker for two side events at Cop29, the United Nations climate change conference held annually to take stock of the global climate situation.

The awarding ceremony took place in Palazzo Italia in Casablanca, seat of the Consulate General of Italy, named after Ambassador Luca Attanasio. On this occasion were also announced the Moroccan winners of the "Luca Attanasio" scholarships, promoted by the Mama Sofia Foundation and offered by the eCampus Online University, following the call for applications published in Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Ethiopia, Libya, Niger, Nigeria, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Somalia and Tunisia.
